This Virginia Civil Procedure is terrible. Was this taught in Virginia schools? Do people know what is being talked about?

I think just call it a writ of execution. All I know VA is very creditor friendly, better not fall behind on payments.

I believe you are correct.

Has anyone submitted proof of graduation to the VBE? I remember seeing on the application we needed to do so but honestly going up to school to get the letter is the last thing on my mind (even though I am a 10 minute walk from school and study there sometimes during the week)

I've decided I am not doing tax. I took federal income tax in the fall and that TLDR above is spot on, everything is income. If they ask anything I'll either know it from taking tax or won't know it all even after spending an entire day on it.

Does anyone know of a supplement like lean sheets for the VA specific subjects?

I feel like I am spending so much time on MBE that essays are not getting my attention, or enough attention, and since they are 60% of the score....something gotta change.

he was confusing. And the equity lecturer is reading straight from the handout. and then flying through the examples.

Hello,

I am using Barbri and Adaptibar (for MBE) and was curious what everybody is doing to prepare for the essay portion? Just doing your plan through Themis/Barbri or doing the entire essay book yourself in which ever order you prefer? I feel like I am not doing as much essay practice as I should be and the day is just under 30 days away!

(Reposting in this year's thread)

Hello everybody!

I have a few quick questions/comments and would love feedback!

1) How is everybody doing on your Barbri/Themis assignment ratio so far?
I have completed 50% out of the 52% that has been assigned (not counting my 16 homework assignments)

2) Is anybody else using Adaptibar and if so how how do you like it, do you find it better than Barbri's Studysmart questions?

A) I prefer the Adaptibar MBE questions much more than Barbri's so far, I feel like some of Barbri's totally off the wall
sometimes.

B) In Studysmart and Adaptibar my percent correct seems to be opposite, I do well on Adaptibar but not as well on Barbri's
question sets, anybody else have this issue? (I have one about 1,100 MBE/Studysmart Questions at this point in time  !

3) How much time have you devoted to the essays so far? Are you doing more than Barbri tells you to do or just going along with the PSP?

A) I have mostly followed it and done the Adaptibar on the side and some MBE sets in the Emanuel S&T book as well, but I feel
like I am seriously lagging when it comes to essay practice, since there are so many topics to cover!

B) Will probably begin simply reading all the essay answers in the essay book to learn the style/substantive law for the biggest
topics, like Trusts/Will, VA Civ Pro, Federal Civ Pro, etc.
1) Anybody else taking this route?

4) And for the laptop program does it come up left justified on your laptop screen or is that just me?

Mouse over the cog at the top right of the screen, then click on "Enrolled Student Center" then "Bar Review Lectures" on the left side of the screen (about the middle) and it is the first thing listed, 3 HOUR TIME CLOCK when it comes up!
