I've heard of someone (passing) getting 11 mb.

Fair. Just didn't want people to automatically think they failed when the header and entire body of the letter isn't regarding certification.

If you still have not passed the MPRE, the NYLE, or both, it will say "PASSED NOT CERTIFIED NOTICE," as opposed to "NOTICE OF CERTIFICATION" for those who have passed both the MPRE AND the NYLE.

Btw, some of my friends were offered a job in NY but took the bar in other states. They got results weeks ago of course, and sworn in NY now. I think I should take a leaf and do the same in Feb if I fail -which is I'm almost one hundred percent sure-.

For sure. BOLE tends to release the results starting at about 11:45 PM and continues until about 12:15 AM. Probably best to stay logged on to TLS until a little after midnight, and if no-one announces that they've received their results, they probably aren't going to be released that night.

Seeing a lot on here about how the essays were hard--am I the only one who thought the MBE was the hardest part? I was certain of a very small % of my answers.
