You could always ship Media Mail super cheap. Books/CDs/DVDs all can be shipped Media Mail. Do you happen to have your Barbri MPQ book?? I used to really like the MPQ questions. I have a feeling you are going to tell me to stick with Emanuel though!

1. CivPro (on 10 of last 12, and not included in F17. It's due)
2. Crim/Crim Pro/Evidence (one has been on 10 of last 12, and not included in F17)
3. ConLaw (hasn't been omitted for three straight exams since UBE started in F11 and J17 would make 3)
4. Agency/Partnership (this or Corps is on each year, and this would be three in a row for Corps)
5. Trusts (less confident here, though unusual for both this and Wills to have been omitted in J16. Having neither in J17, which would be 2 out of last 3, would be a historical oddity.)
6. Secured Trans (just a hunch)

Would be shocked to see Corporations, Contacts, Family Law, Choice of Law considering recent exams.

I agree that partnership is more "due" than agency, considering agency was on the last exam. There probably is a better chance for secured transactions over corps. If you have not had secured transactions, it takes some time getting to understand how it works, and the guy is who writes the blog about bs-ing essays has a pretty entertaining piece on ST.

I agree too that it's unlikely trusts will be tested in J17, especially since the question was difficult. Wills is a safer bet.

I think too it was a surprise that only 2 mbe subjects--contracts and property--were on the F17 MEE. I agree that Con Law and Civ Pro are due. But I suspect there will be at least one more, and maybe two more MBE subjects.

Your school sends in the certificate not you. You just drop it off for them, fill out the top part, they do the bottom.
