I don't think its indicative of anything- where did you take the exam? I think each dept. has its own timing and emails sent out re: apps for admission since the processes are different.

2nd Dept. here, I received survey and apply for admission e-mails last time around and I failed. This is my third shot, beyond nervous.

I took it in westchester but I live in Richmond county which is 2nd dept I spoke to some of my friends they said they got the e mail last time and failed

I took the UBE in July I thought the MBE was much harder this time I guessed on most of the MBE questions did a lot of you feel the same way? Especially the afternoon session I thought was way worse than the morning session

I'm not sure, I did fill out the survey and answered some personal questions and last time I failed I had to do the same with the survey. However, I did NOT receive the e-mail to apply for admissions or anything else like the last time so only 1 e-mail compared to 2 from when I failed the last time. I don't know what to think. fml

Interesting. I just asked my friend who took feb in 2016 and passed and he got that email too- maybe its sent to first time takers only?

I think only 3rd dept. albany people received it- someone in nyc (1st) said they didn't and youre in 2nd and didn't..so I wouldn't worry!

Yes, I got it in July and PASSED. They sent me the results at 11:40 PM on October 27, 2016. They sent the survey to me twice, once 2 days before on October 25, 2016 and initially on October 21, 2016. The size was 23.63 KB in case anyone was still wondering.

So no worries if you got the survey

Same. First half was worse for me than the second. But nevertheless, I always got it down to 2. Which is usually the goal and then go with the legal call of the question answer. However, I always seemed to get it down to opposite answers though. "No, because..." "Yes, because..." UGH!

I guess they could still come after the 4/30 application deadline to sit for the July 2017 exam.

"B. Special Rule for Re-Applicants:
If you fail the examination administered immediately preceding the next available application period, the deadline for receipt of a re-application for the next offered examination is 14 days from the date of the Board’s release of results or the last day of the filing period, whichever is later. Re-applicants who did not complete both days of the immediately preceding examination do not get the benefit of this 14 day extension."

I got the email after the July exam and failed. Now I got it again.

I don't think it has anything to do with it. Both the admission email and the survey.

So, if the BOLE holds serve, that means that there is a chance we receive our results tomorrow!

this is another "do not use 2018 Mac computer..." Im predicting 3 more emails until we get our results.
or maybe this is just a way for them to avoid giving heart attack with our results...you know to avoid negligence perhaps?
by the time you get your results, we would be thinking "is it another survey again"
