I've only had a banana and 6 cups of coffee all day!! SO nervous, cannot eat.

I'm off to the gym soon, but don't worry I'll be elipticaling and on tls.

30min and then I'm out...hopefully my yoga class can bring me some zen and not have me freak out anymore at least for an hr or so...

Seven hours to go. Two and a half til I can leave work

15 mins til I can leave work. Then an hour or so bus ride in which I listen to an audiobook and fall into my own little world/take a nap. Then dog walking where I unplug and leave my phone behind. Then I can go back into panic mode.
