TO be fair though, This year, it looks like you had to be between the 40th and 54th percentile to pass, and last year you had to be between the 34th and 50th. Since there is overlap, it is impossible to actually say whether the pass rate went up or down. It is likely it went down, but there is no definitive evidence.

Right! I don't think the change is all that drastic. If you had hope before today, you should keep the optimism. This data has not really showed a material change as far as I can tell.

Yeah, you can't compare February and July administrations and conclude there is something different about the test. Those are two very different test-taking populations.
Yes I know. Feb 2016 was available yesterday but they pulled it today. I wonder why. I do vaguely remember seeing a 175 or 170 number for top scaled.

I have heard that as well but I don't think it's accurate. I assume they just pump out the messages in batches because they know today will be a high volume day on their servers and they don't want them to crash.

Also. I have heard of people who passed being one of the last to get results.

Good luck to all. It will be a stressful day but at least we will have this behind us soon enough
