Mnemonics/Tricks
While I know some mnemonics/tricks for memorizing may be specific to each person ( like using my grandma's initials to remember something)....thought maybe we could share some mnemonics we're making up to help each other...for instance something I made up before in regards to accomplices, is Ace the Accomplice: An accomplice Aids, Counsels and Encourages the principal.

Here is a great site where you can type in the first initial for each term and it'll generate a crazy phrase to remember

Kinda old thread but hey, I'm a disciple: make a memory palace!

Memorizing elements and tests is way more interesting when they become part of a surrealistic mise-en-scene you cook up. Plus, you get to "go your mind palace!" (Sherlock) during the bar exam... which will probably be a much nicer place to be than whatever space you're sitting the test in.
