NYC APARTMENT available

Anybody looking for an apartment? I will be transferring to another city and I have a lease that goes until September. I have a two bed/two bath in luxury building one subway stop away from grand central - with 24-hour doorman, gym and laundry. Great for sharing. You can take over the lease (until September) or sign a new one year lease. It's a great place that I would not otherwise give up, except I have to move to another city. No broker fee.
