Advice for getting of a waitlist

I was looking for any advice people might have for getting off a T14 WL. Would appreciate in tips or stories from people who got in off waitlist.

Letter of Continued Interest (LOCI) are apparently the way to go for getting off a waitlist. TLS has a bunch of posts about how/when to write those. Other than that:
1. Submit any other addenda.
2. Retake your LSAT.
3. Submit as offering any (positive) updates to your official Transcript.
4. If you haven't already maxed out your LOR's, submit another LOR.
5. Beg?

Are there any other ways to restore LAST? It's for my cousin, thank you.
