Also for bonus who is the richest lawyer you know and what does he practice
Since nobody can post anonymously in this forum, you won't get many responses to your question here.
Most of the richest lawyers didn't make their money practicing law. Of those who did, the very top are high-end plaintiff's lawyers, but those don't have a "salary." Of lawyers who make the highest actual steady salary from practice, the highest would be top NYC M&A rainmaker who has negotiated a guaranteed distribution for some period of time.
