How do you know it's generic, have you taken Crim Law at other schools?

If it is generic, why not just look at Amazon reviews?

Understanding Criminal Law by Joshua Dressler is typically the credited response. And if by typical criminal law class you mean half the semester was spent talking about mens rea, then this is the supplement for you.
