Hey so I am a senior taking an undergraduate course in legal research and writing; I am a novice in terms of my understanding of the law and in terms of my understanding of bluebook citations. What are some of your guys' suggestions for writing a good IRAC? What are the critical do's and don't's of IRAC writing? What are some difficulties you experienced with writing an IRAC and how did you overcome them? What are some ways to really make an IRAC stand out according to the methodology you have been taught?
Thank You
