HUD's new interpretation

Post by Nunuboy1994 » Wed Oct 04, 2017 6:37 pm

Hey everyone,
I am writing a legal memo on HUD's recent announcement on the screening and rejecting of potential housing applicants on the basis of prior convinctions and just wanted to know what some of you guys think? Does anyone think HUD's recent announcement and changed position will qualify as a legitimate agency interpretation? Does anyone think deference will be given to the interpretation? Does anyone think Skidmore or Cheveron deference will be given to the interpretation?

I genuinely hope that you are identified from these posts and punished for violations of the honor code. Have at least some sense of ethics.

If you spent half as much time actually doing your work as you do making throwaway accounts you could have done your paper by now.

Wait why is this a violation? This is just asking for people's opinions so how is that a violation of ethical conduct?

Throwaway accounts? I've only made one account? Can someone explain to me what is unethical about this post? I am not offering anything monetary I am not asking anyone to do my assignment I am simply asking what people think?

Oh honey. It’s still clear that this is your homework and you still can’t get help with your homework here (though I suppose it’s a little better that you’re not offering to pay this time).i
