Haven't done shit all semester. Exam is on Monday. If I spend all day Saturday/Sunday studying for this am I good for at least a B?

Essay or multiple choice? Open or closed book? If you drop what will show up on your transcript?

I thought crim pro was one of the easier classes in law school and on the bar, but, as always, it varies.

um, def don't drop the class.

does your school separate it from Crim Pro 1 and Crim Pro 2?

like all you do is up to the trial?

either way, v doable.

open book: multiple choice/ true-false / essay

I've previously pulled a B+ and B- in classes studying only 2 days but there's so much material in this class that I'm a bit worried. Don't want to take a major hit on the GPA, trying to stay above median

Very doable. You're going to need to go without sleep, but you can do it! Good luck!

Cool, that's what I thought (although I think I can sneak a couple hours of sleep in there) Thanks!

Study all day today then sleep. Then tomorrow study all day and all night. I'm assuming the test is the morning after? I've done this exact thing 3 times and pulled good grades in the respective classes.

I mean, then maybe you should have put in some work during the semester?

In any case, I agree with others that a B is probably doable (depending on your school's curve). Just study hard for two days and take the exam . . . there's not much else to do at this point.

The Sum and Substance CDs for Crim Pro are good.

Weird, I found the past on the active topics page. No idea why it was bumped up there when it's old.

Ahhh well, useful information for anyone that searches in future.
