only problem is that some of us will be applying to jobs in two months and most of the 3Ls are (hopefully) all set.

It was the same last year, including for those still looking for jobs. One of my friends was able to see the 3L grades only / full grades distribution in one of our classes last year. It was ugly. The curve went from 20+% A, 25+% A- to 10ish% A and 20% A-s.

3L grades are due earlier and apparently professors tend to apportion the higher ends of the curve to them

I'm going to GULC from GW next year and still have an apartment in foggy bottom. Would it be worth it to move closer to campus or is the commute generally fine?

I did it for a few years, wasn't bad.

as a resident of DC you should have a sense of your own tolerance for commuting. My commute can be up to 45 minutes and I really don't find commuting to be that bad, especially as a student when you're not necessarily commuting at peak rush hour.

But why would you live in Foggy Bottom if you didn't have to?

The apartment is owned by family so I don't pay rent. I don't mind longer commutes so I guess I will just stay here.

So just scanning the video, it just seemed like a few short speeches over 2 hours. Do students not go up and get their diplomas?
