He's just being honest. I was WL/rejected from UVA last cycle 168 2.3. You're URM though so that helps. What's your LSAT?

I know he was, I didn't take any offense at all. I have a 169, but I'm retaking next Saturday. Hopefully I can bump up my a score by a couple of points so I can be above the 75% mark at both schools. I already applied to UVA, and think I'll throw in a last minute app to Michigan tomorrow.

Get a 171+ and send in a ED certification form. You might be able to sneak in.

That's what I'm going to do. I know it takes ~ 3 weeks for the scores to be released, so I'm going to send in the ED form during the last week of February. Now I need to cross my fingers for a good score next week, and for Chicago to show you some love and open up a spot for me at UVA .
