Advanced JD, University at Buffalo

I'm a permanent resident and is trying for advanced JD in University at Buffalo. I have sent all my transcripts to LSAC and was received on 10th April. I'm confused what kind of loan and scholarship I can apply for. I'm so tensed at this time because I don't know how Indian % will be converted to GPA. Can anybody help me?
