Additionally, I'm having a little bit of a hard time getting excited about my school -- which is a really good school and from my visits I like it a lot! My problem is just that I don't have any ties to the school or know anything about the school culture or history. I'm from South Carolina and while most of my friends and family have heard of Boston College, pretty much all anyone knows about it is that it plays Clemson in football. I'm sure excitement will replace my trepidation once I have more familiarity with the school, but for now that Southern not-liking-new-things quality has me in a chokehold.

Coming from STEM, law school is almost as much an end in and of itself for me as it is a means to an end. For that, I'm somewhat excited. However, I'm also simultaneously pissing my pants for fear of the unknown.Brut wrote:anyone else not excited about law school?
