I never get good emails from them until like 5 or 6pm their time, and it's raining where I am on the east coast

I haven't personally, but some have received Dean's Fellowships that offer full tuition (with increases covered) and a guaranteed RA position with a teacher-mentor (if desired). I think that's as close to stipends as they come

The only actual stipend scholly is the Weber for people committed to PI. The new Dean's Fellowship guarantees a paid RA position, though.

LGBT. And I can only write about being a bear at this point because there's zero chance of me keeping a straight face while saying it aloud.
