I also have a ton of supplements that I want to get rid of. PM me if you're interested. Won't charge - a 2L hooked me up last year so I'll pay it forward as long as the person that takes them promises to do the same.

Re: UVA Class of 2017
Are any of the incoming class cyclists? By that I mean do you like to ride a road or mountain bike with a group as opposed to planning to commute to school by bike? If so, you might be interested in the following groups.
For mountain bikers, there's the Charlottesville Area Mountain Bike Club. They have lots of good rides in the local area, including some night rides through the fall/winter months.
For road cyclists, there's the Charlottesville Bike Club who ride every Saturday and Sunday morning with rides that move all around the local area. They're a great way to get to know the countryside around Charlottesville. If you would prefer to ride alone, they also have great maps of tried and tested routes.
If you like midweek road rides, the Bloomfield Road Riders set off at 5.30pm every Tuesday and Thursday evening until the clocks change. Their start location is always at the Ivy exit on I-64. Head out of Charlottesville on I-64 Westbound for a couple of miles until you reach the Ivy exit. Turn right after taking the exit and you should see cars parked on both sides of the road about 100 years after the turn.
The above groups tend to cover a wide range of riders and paces. If you're a faster or competitive rider, check out Fortuna Cycling who consistently go a bit further and faster.
Drop me a PM if you have any questions about these groups.

Re: UVA Class of 2017
Hey guys, selling some books and supplements for cheap. Just PM me if you're interested! All books are in good condition but have been highlighted and have margin notes, some more than others of course.
Criminal Law casebook (Bonnie, 3rd Edition) -- I'm assuming this is still being used by all sections? I'll throw in the Low supplement as well, which tracks the book pretty well since Professor Low was a co-author. $40 for the pair.
Understanding Property (Sprankling, 3rd Edition) -- I found this very helpful and think it explains the concepts very clearly. $5
Glannon Guide to Civil Procedure (3rd Edition) and Glannon's Civil Procedure E&E (6th Edition) -- Glannon is awesome and these are must haves IMO. The second one isn't the newest edition, and I did a lot of the practice problems, so just $5 for the pair.
Chirelstein Contracts supplement (6th Edition) -- This is pretty good. Much shorter than most. I got this for just a few bucks online so I'm happy to just give it away for free.
So yeah for $50 you can have everything lol. PM if interested.

Re: UVA Class of 2017
Thought I would revive this thread. Not sure if this is a good idea, so feel free to not go ahead with it, but any chance we can have an anonymous poll of what sections TLSers are in?
Also, not feeling LR&W already. I can see why this is a mandatory class, but still, just not feeling it.

And 1L's on verge of panic attack or something and just wanna talk PM me. The learning curve is steep this time of year, but (1) it'll feel second nature soon (2) you are unlikely learning anything that important right now anyways

LOL. I'm loving both CivPro and LRW. I think my two favorite classes are Torts and CivPro, but have no intention of going into litigation. Missing my calling perhaps...plenty of time to make up my mind though haha.

Thought I'd bump this and see how everyone is doing. Softball is almost over, and I'm kinda pooped out by it to be honest. Softball is fun. Softball is important. Softball trumps everything. Have readings for your afternoon class you haven't finished yet? Sorry, the softball comes first.
