Congrats on the interview -- that's awesome! Take a look at your offer letter and any other paperwork you have from the firm. Is there anything stating that you need to stay a certain amount of time? If not, don't worry about having to pay them back. I've seen those conditions on clerkship bonuses but not moving expenses. That's just a cost of doing business for the firm -- remember, people leave firms all the time, even after super stints. One girl in my class quit after about a month because she just hated it. This was after the firm paid for her bar stipend and a cross-country move. Several other folks left within 6 months or so to clerk. From the firm's perspective, you shouldn't be too hard to replace, especially since you haven't really been staffed on anything major. Sure, they might not offer to have you back after the clerkship, but it doesn't sound like you want that anyway.

TL;DR Life is short, do what makes you happy.

That clerkship really sounds perfect for you. If there's any way for you to interview and get the job before telling your firm, that's best. If it's not possible, I'd still go after it. You have to do what is best for you.

Generally speaking, it would be incredibly badass of you to ditch your job to do the clerkship and be with your fiance.
