Lateral Conflicts of Interest

Post by Anonymous User » Sat Aug 18, 2018 9:49 am

So, like an idiot, I didn't write down any of the matters I worked on prior to my clerkship. I thought I was going back to my previous firm. Now, I have a different offer that I may want to take. What do people do in this situation? Will my old firm give me the list of matters on which I worked? Is that the only way?

Thanks,

Ask your firm. HR probably won’t care. It’s standard and they might assume it has to do with your clerkship.
