COA + prestigious district court

Post by Anonymous User » Sun Mar 04, 2018 12:41 am

I have a COA clerkship lined up for an active judge in a less competitive circuit. I would like to do appellate litigation (for the most part) in a firm and probably government at some point.

Because of a personal connection, I believe I have a decent chance at a SDNY/DDC clerkship following my COA clerkship. Since my preference is appellate work, is this something I should still consider/apply for?
