Since all of you have eaten my Hawaii dreams up, I figure I'll give DE a shot. ....

1) Is Chancery Court the court to be for corporate law or is the DE SSC the better corporate law route.

2) What's the job like. (intrinsically stimulating / interesting ..?) ...

3) Is it useful for both transactional and litigation work?
