clerkship chances / strategy advice

Post by TFALAWL » Sun Jul 23, 2017 12:54 am

I graduated from UVA in 2016 with a 3.51. I now work at a v-15.

I am flexible clerking in any geographic location, but only have ties in CA.

What are your goals? If we're going solely on chances, the answer is almost always "apply as broadly as you can if you really want to clerk," but whether you're competitive for the proverbial D. South Dakota clerkship is a different question than whether applying there is consistent with your goals.
