top 10% at a school in T30s. A in bankruptcy course, internship with bankruptcy court.

do I have any chance in the more competitive districts?

Former SDNY/DE clerk. In our chambers, your resume would definitely get thrown in to the "review" pile for the judge. If you added another bk internship or a bk related note/publication, you would probably be a lock to get an interview.
