If it does not state any letter of rec requirements on OSCAR, could you still attach letter of recs to that application or would it hurt to do so?
Also, any point to apply now since the 6/28 release date has passed? Do you guys think the judge/clerks have already reviewed all applications?
And if the letter of rec is pending, and the application is submitted, will the judge later receive the letter or will the judge dismiss the app since there are enough letter of recs?
