Basically, its a nice 1BR/1BA in the University City neighborhood. The trolley and Market Frankford Line (MFL) subway are 1 and 2 blocks away respectively, and will get you to Center City (where all the firms/offices are) within 10 or so minutes. You can also ride your bike to Center City within 10 minutes easily and relatively safely due to bike lanes everywhere.
All utilities included, unless you go crazy on my electric bill.
I'll even throw in a 1984 Giant RS920 road bike and lock for use if you so desire to use a bike next summer. Available all summer long at $1,075/month, which is the best price you'll find for something this big/nice. A UVA law student sublet this place from me last summer and loved it.
