I'm probably not going to have enough money saved up until late July at the earliest, but I'd rather move sooner to avoid the student rush. Any previous students lurking around who can give any insight into how much housing disappears come August 1st?

Yea from the prices in the obiter dictum it looks well priced with a roomate. I also kinda want to get a pre-furnished place cause I'm coming from rather far and dont want to lug furniture down with me so that makes it look more attractive for me personally.

Looked into it and they are booked through the year apparently (talked with the office) but there is a waiting list for those hopefuls who feel lucky

Also, it's more expensive than what's written in the Dictum. All of the buildings near the law school that are in the Dictum are booked through, have a waitlist, or are expensive. So surprisingly hard to find housing!

But in all seriousness, how are you guys going about the roommate hunt? The list the law school provides is pretty barebones, and it seems like finding a compatible roommate is more important than finding a fellow law student.

Yeah. The site was completely down last night, and now I'm getting the message, too. Call them and see if they'll email you the checklist while they're fixing it.
