Is laptop setup difficult ? Does it require IT assistance (beyond a password)?

Are you guys bringing a backpack / bag / whatever tomorrow with some books / pens etc ?

Officially registering last year took about half am hour for me, but that may have more to do with my place in line. At least go for breakfast and try to register.

Laptop setup will take like 15 minutes unless you run into some serious computer issues.

Great - thanks. So the 9am start isn't a hard start, but more of a suggestion?

Last year most people got there at 9 but some trickled in late. The breakfast/registration is pretty disorganized. The big thing to be there for tomorrow is the welcome speech by the dean (if Holden-Smith is doing it again this year). Some people did not go to orientation at all and it wasn't a problem.

I haven't met you yet? You're one of the few TLSers I don't know.

You should know who I am. Just look for me at orientation.

Looking forward to meeting everyone I haven't already met. And maybe a few more lurkers will reveal themselves. 8)

This prediction was correct.

I think I met most of the TLSers by now. If I met stuckinthemiddle today or tonight, I still don't know it.

Apparently the new Lawyering prof, Eagen, went to Cornell, took the Atlas course, and was Atlas's TA for the next two years.

A disciple in the Atlas style of Lawyering, if you will.

The student has become the master! Lol, I have no idea. It will be interesting.

Edit: The prof is a woman, just for future reference.

I'm pretty excited for the class. I like my first impressions so far.

Excited as in, it's going to be hard but I'll learn actual skills.

Yes, I saw this post. You didn't have to ask me about it at Moonies.

Also, calling out:

RetakeFrenzy, we need to hang out.

Rev. Cherrycoke, you owe me a beer.

stuckinthemiddle, did we meet yet? PM me if you still want to.

acs507 and Iamnotworthy, if you still check TLS, I figured out who you are.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
