Civ Pro with Allen is fine once you realize that you're not going to learn anything about civil procedure in his class. Literally nothing. But buy both Glannon books and attend the first and last week of class, and you're fine.splitsplat wrote:since this is me, can you explain why I should be crying- other than 8AM starts everyday?Georgia Avenue wrote:holy shitHolly Golightly wrote:haha, I was just looking at this year's 1L profs and noticed that section 2 will have both the lovely and humble Ron Allen for Civ Pro AND our beloved new dean for property.

As for D-Rod...I mean, he hasn't taught any classes yet, but I can't imagine him being anything other than insufferable.
You can still review other professor's exams. The concepts in each exam will be similar, though your prof may focus on certain things more than others. My property prof has been at the school for years but didn't put any of his old exams up. We just practiced with other professor's exams.splitsplat wrote: Shit. Doesn't this mean there won't be a bank of old exams?
