Lucky you. My last day will probably be August 17th. And I have to move to A2 on August 18th.

Driving around all the city all day and firing people surprisingly isn't too bad or tiring a job to have...

But, I've been out of school for a year - during which time I've probably read about 3 serious books and have done absolutely nothing intellectually stimulating after taking the LSAT way back in December. So, my brain has had a break at least...

Besides, my place comes fully furnished so all I need to cram in the car is a suitcase, bike and little dog to drive a bit over 3 hrs to A2. Hardly an arduous journey.

Hey Guys,

I was enrolled in U Mich for this coming term but have since changed plans. I need to unload the lease that I signed in Ann Arbor; it was with 5 other grad students, one of whom is another 1L. It is very reasonably priced and a 10 minute walk to the law school. Please PM me if you're interested or know anyone who would be interested. Also feel free to contact the landlord at 828greeneapts@comcast.net

Thank you for your help.

Is anyone else planning to live at one of the high rises within walking distance of the law quad (i.e., Zaragon/Zaragon West, Landmark, 411 Lofts)?

Hello, everyone. I've got an open spot in an amazing 6 bdrm house that I'm trying to fill. The current tenants are all 1Ls (one is a summer starter). The house is within walking distance to the law school and was recently renovated with granite and new floors. It's fully furnished and each bedroom comes with its own plasma tv. PM me for further details!

This house is awesome. Whoever doesn't have a place should 100% live here.

Does anyone know if we'll be free on Labor Day weekend or does orientation spill into the weekend? I'm trying to go to the game in Dallas!

The schedule for orientation is posted online on the admitted student site. Looks like you're free to go to Dallas.

You guys should post this in the transfer forum as well, just in case there are still transfers looking for housing.

You won't get your section "officially" until orientation. However, about a week before orientation, you should be able to see your section online in WolverineAccess.

But know that they aren't "official" until you get them at orientation...they have swapped people (albiet few) in the past in between the initial posting and orientation.
