Bad idea to take a Chapter 11 bankruptcy course concurrently with corporations/biz associations?

Is there anything in BA/corps that is necessary to know before going into a Chapter 11 bankruptcy course? FWIW, my school doesn’t have any prerequisites listed for the Ch 11 course

You'll be fine without Corporations.
