New York State Courts

This probably isn't the right topic to ask this, but I didn't know which one would be better. Generally speaking, how liberal are New York State Courts? In particular when it comes to cases involving unions, labor rights, etc.? Thanks in advance!

You are going to have to be more specific as to where in New York. Upstate/CNY is different than NYC.
