Top Law Schools

Hi, I'm looking for any past exams for "State and Local Government Law" from any school. I am up on the material but I don't quite see the major take home points yet. I figure maybe some exams will help elucidate matters for me. I see Colombia, Hofstra, Indiana University (Indianapolis), Northwestern, Penn State, Seton Hall, University of Arkansas, University of California Hastings, Univ. of Houston, Univ. of Texas, and Williamette. Others? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
