Top Law Schools

Hey guys, I applied EA transfer to Georgetown in early February. Have been extremely stressed waiting for a response. Thought I'd get this forum going and see how everybody is doing, as decisions will be out later this month.
Currently at TT top 10% with 3.71 and great softs. Two LOR's from law school professors and previous internship experience. Chances of getting in?

You are for sure in the mix. I had similar 1st semester stats from a TTT and did not get in EA (got in regular decision), but others with around a 3.7 did get in from all kinds of schools. Good luck!

Hey guys, glad someone finally made this thread.

Applied in early March - top 5% with a 3.81 at TT. 3 LOR's and interning with a federal judge this summer.

Checking in as well! Applied EA to GULC in February. Similar stats to the poster above: 3.78 at a lower ranked T1, 3 LOR's, interning with a federal judge this summer, and strong softs with a master's degree.

I believe in the last few years decisions were made in the last two weeks of April - lets hope we hear something this upcoming week.

Has any one been checking the back doors (admitted student portal password request and status checker changes)? Has anything substantial changed?

Just had address change from Ave. --> Avenue. Looks like decisions should be coming soon!

My address got changed. Originally my apartment number appeared twice in my address, and with an extra comma. Now it's changed to the correct form. Hopefully, we will hear from the school soon!

Never thought I'd be the type of person to actually make a TLC account, but the anticipation has taken over and I feel compelled to join in everyone's misery of waiting. Just checked today, address and citizenship change. No backdoor access yet. TT - top 15%.

From prior GULC EA transfer threads, backdoor access has worked usually 1-2 days after address changes.

Here's hoping.

I really hope the backdoor at least opens tomorrow. The suspense is killing me!
