This literally happens every year. At best late tomorrow evening, but likely not until Wednesday/Thursday.

No one knows - heard mumblings about Friday or possibly Monday. But these were fellow students so no reason to believe they know more than anyone else.
Also, registar's office was lights out today by 6pm. Obviously hard at work.
ETA: checked emails from last year and grades dropped on 1/23 at 5pm.

someone in my section asked an administrator last week and they said "Monday or Tuesday," so I'm guessing tomorrow
