19th Century British Case Opinions

Post by tk421991 » Wed Jan 17, 2018 11:10 am

Is it just me, or do these read like the judge is speaking, rather than writing? The opinions are often in the first or second person.

Also, why do the editors keep "shew" and "shewing", which is just an obsolete form of "show"?
