Chemerinsky 4th or 5th?

I saw this was previously discussed between the 3rd and 4th edition, but has anyone, who has taken Con. Law, noticed a significant difference between the 4th and 5th edition of Chemerinsky's book on Con. Law? I've heard mixed things about using old supplements for a subject like Con Law and there probably isn't a consensus, but I figured I'd bring it up.
