con law question

Post by perfunctory » Fri Dec 08, 2017 12:57 am

i don't exactly get what "weaving policy" means for con law exams. i know that there are approaches - functionalist, formalist - there are cases and you analogize the fact pattern to the them. it's not exactly like a torts exam so i am wondering if i am missing a huge swath of con law....
