Taking an Intro to Corporate Tax class (covers basic tax concepts generally, partnership tax and corporate tax) and I know very little about anything at the moment (3L, if you hadn't already guessed). I have outlines from previous classes and whatnot, but they're too high level for me at the moment and are just a compendium of rules which I can't really understand until I can see a framework of what I'm looking at.
Anyone have any suggestions of what to look at/old outlines that give framework overview? Exam is multiple choice and uses hypotheticals like "Company X pays dividends to A and B..." Videos would be ideal but it's hard to separate the CPA focused youtube videos from what I'm looking for. This is my first tax class so I'm talking about VERY base level stuff for me to grab onto and start learning.
Thanks!
