Civil Procedure Practice Questions

Post by LalSoHard » Mon Nov 06, 2017 8:43 pm

My Civ Pro teacher uses a multiple choice test for the final.
Does anyone know of a good resource where I can find extra practice problems?
I know the MBE is multiple choice. Do any of the bar prep companies offer a civ pro book with old questions that doesn't cost $5000?

e&e has practice questions with explanations, but not multiple choice (but I'd think they're still helpful)

You might consider getting a bar prep book since the MBE tests civ pro. Both of the Strategies and Tactics books are quite good, though for Civ Pro I prefer the Finz Multistate Method book (4th edition).

Glannon's is all multiple choice.

Can I piggy back on this- any recommendations for the perfect tort multiple choice book?

I will purchase Glannon's now.

Actually, I saw that Glannon's has a tort text as well. Does that take care of things?

With the caveat that it depends on how your prof teaches the material, in my opinion, the civ pro E&E is the best out of all of them. Was an absolute god send for me. The most variation will be in how your prof approaches personal jurisdiction and Erie case line. Everything else is pretty straight forward rule memorization.
