Counting to 5 Supreme Court Podcast

Post by Countingto5 » Tue Aug 22, 2017 9:14 pm

I'm the host of a podcast about the U.S. Supreme Court called Counting to 5: http://www.countingto5.com/

Counting to 5 aims to cover the Court in a way that's accessible to an intelligent non-lawyer without sacrificing legal accuracy. In discussing Supreme Court cases, I touch on various areas of the law, explaining and breaking down key legal concepts and terminology. I think current or prospective law students would find it a comfortable introduction to understanding and thinking about current legal issues.

My most recent episode previews 3 immigration-related cases on the Court's docket for the upcoming term, including the litigation over President Trump's "travel ban" executive order: http://www.countingto5.com/episode-014- ... migration/

Please give it a listen and let me know what you think.

I've posted a new episode interviewing Ahilan Arulanantham, an attorney with the ACLU of Southern California who will be arguing Jennings v. Rodriguez before the Supreme Court on October 3rd:

I'd love to hear any feedback.
