If not, anyone know how long it typically takes for submissions to get processed?

About a year ago I had some luck emailing them after a few days to ask why the one I submitted hadn't been uploaded and then it was uploaded almost immediately.

For what it's worth, you can just buy 1 credit for $15 dollars, which lets you download one outline. I've never uploaded my own outlines, but just buying the credits has worked instantly for me and has been well worth the money.
