Does your summer associate money put you over the threshold amount? If not, I don't see how this is possibly unethical. Don't lie on any of the forms/questionnaires, and it should be ok. "Future Income" -- even if nearly certain -- isn't real, and i highly doubt it needs to be accounted for.
