M&A Help

Post by efo415 » Sun Feb 05, 2017 12:19 am

Are there any solid M&A supplements out there for law students? I'm struggling to learn and apply the terminology with the content (investopedia has been my best friend). We just wrapped up Asset deals and I am still completely lost.

One supplement that is good is Mergers and Acquisitions by Bainbridge. Another is Understanding Corporate Law. Hope these help!

I found the Latham Book of Jargon really helpful over the summer for learning what all the terms people were throwing around meant. I guess there's an app now but I just used the site.

Try the Art of M&A. Decent reference book.
