How necessary is corporations/business associations?

Post by admiringatticus » Wed Jan 11, 2017 10:57 pm

I'm a 3L - still haven't taken corporations/business associations and really am not interested in taking it. I would like to put if off until bar review but I don't want to shoot myself in the foot. Can I put it off until bar review and comprehend the material well enough for the bar exam?

FWIW, it was my favorite class in law school so far. I thought it was both really interesting and really useful. I had a great professor though.

I took it last semester and I remember thinking a few times, "I really could've done without taking this." I had no interest in the subject either. Income Tax, on the other hand, I am thrilled I took before bar review...
