Recommended supplements/treatises for securities regulation?

E&E was nice, but expect to have to supplement it if your professor goes in depth on a particular subject. If your class is taught as more of a survey then E&E alone will probably be enough.

I also found law firm releases on various subjects to be helpful (more so than with other classes).

If it isn't written by Thomas Lee Hazen, it isn't a proper supplement/treatise on securities regulation tbh.

The E&E is gold. Never went to class, then outlined exclusively from it based off what the syllabus said we covered and did good.
