Scribd - Civil Procedure Outlines
Heads up: there are a few spots in this outline where it incorrectly says a party has 20 days to file something when it should say 21. Other than that, I haven't found anything wrong with it, and it's been an awesome outline for me to work with.
If I recall correctly, in Freer's Barbri lectures, he actually says '20' instead of 21

He does. But in his supplement I'm pretty sure he says 21, which is super weird. I'm in the process of making a rule bank for my exam, so I'll confirm all this stuff soon and try to remember to post what I find.

Funny, I've seen the 20 instead of 21 so much that now the latter is kind of stuck in my head.

Would anybody be able to e-mail me the outlines? I cannot open them in DropBox and if I want to use Scribd, I have to pay. I had to leave law school for two weeks to attend my niece's funeral in the UK (she was 33 and passed away from cancer) so I am attempting to study for Civil Procedure and catch up on what I missed. I would pay for Scribd, but I lemptied out my bank account to buy my plane ticket. Please help. Thank you for reading.

Here is a "short" version of the above outline:

And the Freer outline (not sure where this came from, but it says "Law School Legends")..

Hope this helps!

This post made my CivPro 1 studying a breeze. Your course was very similar to mine. I might be able to find the top link and post it.....I'll edit this if I'm able to.
Anyone with something similar for Con law and property? Im offering my undying gratitude ;)
PM me your email and I can send you my outlines for both that are in a similar format to Freer's Civ Pro outline.

You could find someone studying for the bar and see if they will let you just use their laptop/logon to watch the lecture. I wonder if you couldn't somehow access it through your school's law library, sometimes they have online resources?

Can anyone send me Freer's Barbri lecture notes? My book didn't have them and I can't seem to get them from the links in this thread.

Yeah... I got a version off law school downloads that speaks to Twiqbal and seems to encompass the other more recent cases in our class. Loved biting the bullet (read as sarcasm) and paying for something I'll never use again in a couple weeks. In the end, it is worth it because Freer is incredible. I want to send him fan mail when I'm done with exams. What a guy.

when people refer to the Freer lectures are they talking about the videos from Barbri or the audio version from Gilbert's?
