Note from Ken: Paul, my apologies for jumping in on your thread but I the lawnerds.com is quite good and is written by one of my classmates from Boalt/Berkeley, who is now a professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. It is an excellent resource.

Good stuff PK. Not only does this help your class but the incoming classes as well to know what to expect.

I have been exposed to numerous practice tests, but I find that finding sample answers is infinitely more challenging than simply finding these numerous practice tests. Is there any source besides the E+E's and Emmanuel's where I can get some answers to practice exams?

My school library has some recent exams and model answers for some of the 1L classes. You might inquire there, or even just ask your professor. You never know what you can get by just asking.

BAR/BRI study materials have answer keys. Also, the CALI lessons are good way to test yourself.

Just to piggyback what PK said, you can get barbri first year review books (or pmbr multistate workbooks) for next to nothing online or at used bookstores. I got a pmbr book for $5 and it covers all my classes in depth, teaches you pretty much everything you learn in class, and has plenty of questions at the end of each section. I would definitely pick up a bar review book before I picked up any other commercial material for 1L.

Something I just recently learned. Lexis has a crap load of hornbooks for 1L on the site. That's pretty useful.

Hornbooks (as opposed to study guides, canned briefs etc.) can also be found at your law library. (That's because they are written for practitioners rather than students.)

I'm certainly not biased in any way, but you know that you can get to a bunch of outlining and exam prep stuff through Westlaw, right?

Wait, there are people without Westlaw access?! Those poor souls. They must be the "homeless" people keep saying I'll be one day.

Where are these "westlaw" outlines you speak of? I've never seen them, I can't find them, and Westlaw claims they have no such thing. However, Lexis does have lots of outline/exam prep stuff.

If I am missing something, please shed some light I could really use the property help.

Okay, they've taken away the dedicated link that used to be up for "Finals Freakout"...my guess is because it's not finals time. It will probably show up again.

I am looking for some Torts multiple choice questions and answers. My school does not make old MC questions available to students.

Anyone know a good online source for those? I noticed the New England School of Law in the exam database has a practice multiple choice with answers for Torts, but you need a password to get in.

Also, anyone else out there ignoring those who say "just relax and enjoy your summer" and instead going full on gunner and following the PLS schedule?

This is the best advice I've had since I found out about TLS. Thank you. I never thought of that.

The above-mentioned Bar Review books have lots of multiple choice questions for Torts and everything else. Haven't seen schools that release MC questions though - they are generally used in multiple years, unlike the essay questions.
